A wonderful looking bike and rides well. Unfortunately you are going to get many issues with finishing the build. Many things that need to be done are NOT mention in the instructions. The easiest one to remember right now is the rear mud guard needs to realigned and fixed. There is no mention of this in the booklet that came with the vechile. There should be an exploded view of the front wheel bolting up assembly, its not the tabs, it's the order of nuts, washers etc..... There are many more points that I could write about but you shouldhave addressed these months ago. I suggest you pluck someone whose has just bought a bike and get them to build it. It would pay you to video it so you can view it again and again.

Excellent bike
With rising fuel costs & age (61) I finally took the plunge and purchased an E bike, arrived within a few days quite daunting at first after unpacking, finding very little instructions 6 hours with YouTube & few tweaks later I'm off & riding, not used my car since everyone at work loves it & most have had a go, I have been offered the full price of the built bike from more than one of my workmates, I have had it 3 weeks now & might be tempted & buy a more suited E bike for a 61 one year old granddad.
Love the bike Unfortunately the seat arrived with a small tear and when I sent photo proof I was offered £30 voucher to replace it after negotiating it rose to £50 even though it would cost £75 to replace it so haven’t yet ordered it as it would cost me £25 ! I would highly recommend the bike to anyone and if the replacement seat was to be offered then I’d be very grateful.

Honest review: i ordered the Jansno X50 and fell in love with her. Easy to ride, amazing features, nice to see and well built.
I didn't really like the saddle and found it a bit too low, so I replaced the stem with a tilt pin. So I modified it a bit to my liking. Otherwise, it's a great bike. I've already put quite a few kilometers on it.
Don't get me wrong I haven't ridden many bikes but this is by far the best
Excellent bike only downside wish instruments was a bit clear and the display it comes with is not the best has mine doesn’t display P or what the programs are on the screen so recommend upgrading the screen which I thinking of doing as it’s not 100% accute you have to try and guess with current display on mine but let bring positive feedback fast and quick and packs. A punch do pre warm tho when comes box might be. A bit damaged and heavy to lift out of the box give 100% to the driver who delivered mine as came from fed x which are brilliant even help the driver as bless him he was on his own and lives near by well done to jasno and fed ex do want to make a disclaimer get rid of shop as was not very acceptable and confusing as doesn’t give you the right info half of time when comes to tracking preference by the delivery company direct like fed ex dpd dhl thanks guys one happy customer

I purchased my Jansno X50 a year ago and its still going strong, well made and has great fetures, i highly recomend checking this site out if you are looking for official extras or new parts for your bike.
The seat is surprisingly comfortable for long rides. I've done 2-hour rides without any discomfort.
The battery indicator is accurate, so I never run out of power unexpectedly.
The bike is very quiet when riding. You can barely hear the motor.
