Will I receive a fully assembled bike? How should I assemble it?

The Jansno X70 will arrive partially assembled. You only need to install the front wheel, headlight, pedals, battery, seat, and controller following the steps provided in the included manual. It's very simple!

Can I replace the 14Ah battery at the bottom with a 17Ah or 20Ah one?

Yes, as long as it is 48V, it will be compatible.

How water-resistant is the JANSNO X70?

Only supports daily water resistance and splash protection. Riding in heavy rain is not allowed because the battery interface is not waterproof. We recommend purchasing a waterproof cover for the battery.

How to reach 28 mph?

it can be unlocked to reach up to 28 MPH (45 KM/H) using the throttle.

Does my height suit JANSNO X70?

The recommended rider height is 5'3" ~ 6'3". The Lower step-thru frame and ground clearance of only 80cm, make it easier and more comfortable for riders with small heights to ride.
